The Swim School at Quantum Athletics is excited to be hiring a swim director to lead our new swim program from the ground up.
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require the following:
- High school diploma or equivalentÂ
- Must be at least 18 years oldÂ
- High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hoursÂ
- Previous experience with children is a necessity
- Experience managing staff or working in a management level position is a plus
Required Shift: This position will offer a flexible schedule and could adjust to fit the right candidate. It has the opportunity to be a full time position, but could also easily be filled as a part time role.
