Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. Experience with coaching tumbling or gymnastics not necessary but must be passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their life. Tumbling coaches will occasionally work special events such as birthday parties, ninja nights and Nerf nights.

Cheerleading coaches will occasionally work special events such as birthday parties, clinics and camps.

Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. A great coach will be incredibly energetic and have a passion for fitness. Must also be excited to work with children, ages 3-12 and make a positive impact in their lives. Ninja coaches will occasionally work special events such as birthday parties, ninja nights, and Nerf nights.

This position does require fundamental and technical experience in tap, ballet, jazz and hip hop. Contemporary and modern dance is preferred as well. Instructors will teach primarily preschool dancers and will assist in tumbling instruction. Dance teachers must have great energy and enjoy working with children of all ages and abilities.

A birthday party coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and giving all Quantum parties a fun experience!  They will assist in helping parents set up for their party, coordinate activities during the party and clean up at the conclusion of the party.  We are looking for a candidate who loves being around kids, interacting with parents and having fun!  This would be a weekend position, with a majority of hours Fridays-Sundays.  This position could also assist with camps occasionally throughout the week as well.

Swim instructors must enjoy working with children and helping kids thrive and learn the necessary art of swimming. Experience working with kids is a must, but prior experience coaching swim is not necessarily required.

General Swim Instructors will need to have American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certifications. (We can help facilitate this upon hiring as needed).

ISR Swim instructors will need to have a completed ISR training. (This training has the opportunity to be reimbursed by Quantum with certain restrictions)

Swim Director will be responsible for the development, implementation and administration of all aquatics programing to meet the needs of the community.  They will hire, train and evaluate all swim staff to ensure proper performance as well as often evaluating the curriculum to ensure its efficiency for all.
