  • If paid week-to-week, a full-day camper is $25/day and Half Day is $15/ day
Discounts will not be given for missed signed up days.
  • A child does not have to attend everyday, however they must attend on a regular basis each week to ensure we are properly staffed.
  • You will need to send in a form each upcoming week with your attending days and lunch choices.
  • The days you select on this form will be used to properly staff for the following week, so please make sure it is accurate as possible
  • If your child is scheduled to attend on their lunch form, you will still be charged for the day regardless of whether or not they are in attendance.
  • A child may be dismissed from the program if payment is delinquent.
  • Make checks out to Quantum Athletics and put your child’s name in the memo.
  • Credit/debit card information will be kept on file and processed on Fridays for the following week unless paid in advance.
  • Parent/guardian is responsible for purchasing a Lockwood swimming pass or sending money on pool days
  • We will keep envelopes with each child’s name to keep pool money and snack money
  • If students have money on their accounts, they will be allowed to purchase additional snacks and drinks unless we are told otherwise.
  • In the event Quantum pays pool admission fees for a child, those charges will be billed on the weekly statement.
  • Tuition will be invoiced weekly.
  • Automatic charges will occur on Friday afternoon prior to the start of the following week.
  • Example: If you are enrolled for the week of June 6-10, your weekly fee will be automatically charged to the card on file on June 3.
  • Parents will be notified if the card on file is unable to be charged. In order to reserve the child’s spot for the following week, payment will need to be completed prior to the start of the week.
  • Payments must be up to date in order for a child to participate.
  • For payments made in full, cash, check or charge is accepted.
