CLASS OPTIONS & FEES

Preschool runs 730am-4pm Monday-Friday
Early drop off will be available at 7am.
After School Care is also included until 6pm daily.

Children must be fully potty trained.

Full Time (Monday-Friday) : $22/day

Part Time : $25 per day (Must attend on a regular weekly schedule)

Tuition can be paid on monthly or weekly basis.

CLASS STRUCTURE

A typical day can be expected to contain all of the following:

Movement Time – This is a great time to get our bodies moving and get our wiggles out!

Carpet Time -This includes calendar time and the question of the day.

Tabletop Activity/Craft Time – Whether is to do with our letter of the week or our theme, this is our time to work on our fine motor skills.

Centers – We will rotate through different centers and sensory play… from the toys room, to blocks, to sand/rice/water, to play dough… This is a time for entirely student lead exploration play and changes every week to keep things new.

Storytime

Quiet Time – We have a moment to let our bellies settle with a little downtime during our busy day.

Craft Time/STEM Play – Building on our theme/letter of the week, we explore more focused activities.

1. I give permission for my child to participate in activities such as group led enrichment, movies, outdoor play, etc. at Mission to Learn Academy LLC. 2. I give permission for my child to be included in pictures or other publicity connected with the camp, including Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms. 3. I understand that full payment must be made by 5 p.m. the Friday prior to the start of the week if on weekly billing and the 6th of the month if on monthly billing. 4. If my child is not picked up by the designated time, a $35 fee will apply for each occurrance. A parent may upgrade from part time to full time if space is available. 5. I am aware of the nature of this activity and I hereby assume responsibility for the participant listed above to participate. I acknowledge that, while not common, any activity that involves height and motion involves risk of injury ranging from minor (bruises and sprains) to more serious and catastrophic injuries. I will not hold Mission to Learn Academy LLC or its employees responsible in the case of accident or injury as a result of this participation. I understand that this completed form must be in the possession of Mission to Learn Academy LLC prior to participation in any program. If, at any point, I have a question or a concern regarding the safety of my child or the intent of the program, I will contact the owner, manager or instructor immediately. I also allow the participants listed to be photographed and videotaped for publicity and advertising purposes only.

Debit Card Agreement(Required)

Mission to Learn Academy LLC policy requires that all clients have a credit or debit card on file for payment purposes. Your Credit/Debit Card information will be secure and can only be charged under the terms you specify below. By providing us with your Credit/Debit Card Information, you authorize Mission to Learn Academy to automatically charge your card on a weekly or monthly basis if another payment is not secured unless full payment is provided. Cards will be run each Friday for the following week. Parents will be immediately notified if the card on file cannot adequately charge fees. I understand that full payment must be made by 5 p.m. the Friday prior to the start of the week for weekly billing or the 6th of the month for monthly billing. If the Credit/Debit Card information on file changes for any reason, you must notify Mission to Learn Academy as soon as possible. We will maintain a clear record of all payments and charges. An email receipt will be sent to you as soon as the payment goes through.
