Swim instructors must enjoy working with children and helping kids thrive and learn the necessary art of swimming. Experience working with kids is a must, but prior experience coaching swim is not necessarily required.  All lessons will be taught in a 4′ pool allowing instructors to have 100% focus on the children during lessons.

General Swim Instructors will need to have American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certifications. (This does not have to be completed prior to applying)

ISR Swim instructors will need to have a complete the ISSR Survival Swim Training. (This training will be scheduled through and paid for by Quantum upon hiring with a signed position agreement)

A birthday party coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and giving all Quantum parties a fun experience!  They will assist in helping parents set up for their party, coordinate activities during the party and clean up at the conclusion of the party.  We are looking for a candidate who loves being around kids, interacting with parents and having fun!  This would be a weekend position, with a majority of hours Fridays-Sundays.  This position could also assist with camps occasionally throughout the week as well.

A Tumbling & Ninja class coach will be responsible for instructing kids weekly during classes.   We are looking for a candidate who loves being around kids, interacting with parents and having fun!  We will train the ideal candidate on tumbling and Ninja skills and terminology- no experience is required!   This position could also assist with camps and parties occasionally on the weekends.

Must love interacting with parents, children and other staff members, be comfortable speaking on the phone, have good writing skills and be eager to learn. A great front desk member would have excellent customer service skills and be detail-oriented.  This is a job with mostly evening hours, Monday’s-Thursday’s.

We are looking for someone to take on weekly water aerobics for the adults in our community.  We have a large interest for Weekday evening classes as well as weekend classes.

We are looking for a full time preschool teacher.  They would work directly under and together with our Preschool Director to provide instruction daily to children ages 2-5.  Experience working with kids is desired for this position.  Ideal schedule 730am-4pm with flexibility for hours in the summer months.
