Do You Love Working with Children?

We are looking for outgoing applicants who are smart, punctual, and super organized. Applicants must have exceptional people skills, the ability to perform under pressure, a love for working with children, and the desire to build a career at Quantum. Class and group management working with children is beneficial.

Experience is not necessary for many of our entry-level positions. We have an excellent training system for our employees that allows anyone with a passion for teaching to work at Quantum Athletics.

**All positions listed will start with part-time hours (8-15 per week) unless otherwise stated and may require working on weekends.**

Summer Camp Assistant

Summer Camp Staff will meet kids with a happy face when they get off the bus every day.  They will be responsible for helping with following all daily lesson plans and ensuring kids are safe and having fun. They must enjoy children and have patience and show kindness at all times.

Kids camp runs daily 645am-6pm

Weekend Lifeguard Party Staff

A birthday party coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and giving all Quantum parties a fun experience!  They will be the lifeguard during the party, ensuring all kids are safe and following rules.  We are looking for a candidate who loves being around kids, interacting with parents and having fun!  This would be a weekend position, with a majority of hours Fridays-Sundays.  Applicants for this position must be at least 18 years of age.

Tumbling & Ninja Class Coach

A Tumbling & Ninja class coach will be responsible for instructing kids weekly during classes.   We are looking for a candidate who loves being around kids, interacting with parents and having fun!  We will train the ideal candidate on tumbling and Ninja skills and terminology- no experience is required!   This position could also assist with camps and parties occasionally on the weekends.
