In this clinic athletes will work on aerial cartwheels. They will do drills that strengthen their
ability to obtain the skills and build confidence in their ability to achieve the skill.
Ages: 5 & Up
Pre-requisites: Cartwheel (running and standing)

The focus of this clinic will be cartwheels, and handstands. There are no prerequisites to attend the clinic.

During this clinic we will work drills and spotted skills for back bend kickovers.
