1. Login to homebase account
  2. On left side bar, press “Schedule”
  3. IF COPYING SCHEDULE FROM PRIOR WEEK:
    a. Use arrows to go to the week you want to copy
    b. Press the Copy button above schedule and Select the week you want to copy it to.
    c. Verify all things look correct(it will also copy birthday parties and events so you will have to delete those before you press publish.
  4. IF NOT COPYING SCHEDULE AND STARTING NEW
    a. Press the box on the day of week and in line with the staff member you want to schedule.
    b. Make arrival time 10 minutes before scheduled start time and end time 5 minutes after shift end time. Assign a role for the task and click add
    c. Repeat for each shift needed
  5. After all shifts are added I be sure to press the publish button and select “Send schedule to staff with changes”
  6. After publishing review to make sure looks correct
