6 WEEKS FROM THE EVENT

  • Schedule the event as an Event on your Business Facebook Page
  • Create a system for how the event is ran
  • Create 6 Social Media Posts for the event
  • Create 4 Emails about the event

 

5 WEEKS FROM THE EVENT

  • Post on all Social Media Outlets about your event. This post should be information in content.
  • Send an email about the event, This should be informational and exciting.  (example below)
  • Staff your event

 

4 WEEKS FROM THE EVENT

  • Post on all Social Media Outlets about your event. This post should be a did you know style post
  • Post in the actual Facebook event, this should be count down style post
  • Order supplies for your event

 

3 WEEKS FROM THE EVENT

  • Post on all Social Media Outlets about your event. This post should be a time is running out post.
  • Finalize details and supplies for your event
  • Send an email about the event, this should be a time is running out email

 

2 WEEKS FROM THE EVENT

  • Post on all Social Media Outlets about your event,  This post should state when registration closes
  • Post in the FB event when registration closes
  • Send an email about the event and stating when the registration for the event closes.

 

 WEEK  OF THE FROM THE EVENT

  • Finalize staff details or training
  • Post on all Social Media that the event is sold out or a handful of last minute openings
  • Send an email with any event details including what to wear, what to bring, when is drop off and pick up to all registered attendees

 

24 HOURS AFTER THE EVENT 

  • Post on all social media outlets a picture or video from the event
  • Send Thank you and survey email to all who attended.
