Objective: To take advantage of people looking for sales and looking to purchase Christmas gifts.  We want to encourage new members into the gym and also have deals for our current members as well

 

Preparations:

  • 5 weeks out:
    • Decide what deals we would like to offer
    • Get in touch with 360 Media for website page with offers
  • 3 weeks out:
    • Check in with 360 Media as needed to ensure website updates are being completed
  • 2 Weeks out:
    • Prepare emails to be sent
      • 1 Week Before
      • Day Before
      • When Sale Starts
    • Make first teaser post on facebook
  • 1 Week out:
    • Schedule FB ad to start day of sale- targeted at Discounted New Member Special
    • Begin posting more often on Facebook
  • Night before sale begins:
    • Make post on Facebook-
      • “Be Sure to check our Facebook page tomorrow morning at 8 am! Our Black Friday sales will be live and will be something you definitely won’t want to miss!”
  • Morning Sale Begins:
    • Make post on Facebook about sales being live
    • Make sure email sent in Active Campaign
  • Post every day of sale on facebook 2 times per day
    • POst at different times to be sure and hit everyone
    • Promote all different sales going on
