HOW TO CREATE AN ACTIVE CAMPAIGN EMAIL:

  • Click Login on main page
  • Type quantumathletics beside the .activehosted.com box and click login
  • Type Login Credentials:
  • Press campaign on the left side of screen
  • Click the blue button “Create a campaign” on the top of the page
  • Complete Campaign “Type” screen
  • Give your campaign a distinguishing name “April Clinic” for example
  • Select standard for campaign type
  • Click green “Next” button on top right hand side
  • Complete Campaign “List” screen
    • For general emails select: Current Students, Past Students, Trial Purchases, Upcoming Events & Web Opt in
  • After selecting the groups press green “Next” button on top right hand side
  • Complete Campaign “Design” screen
  • Select “Build from scratch” & then “Newsletter” and press ok
  • Give Email a simple but informative subject line” and click continue
  • Fill in email information
    • First drag and insert an image above the stock image (place logo & size down to small size)
    • Insert applicable image to cover stock image (Can be a quantum image if you have it otherwise a nice clean stock image will work)
    • Then edit text box to add all needed information to the email

(If you will be placing a link in the email use a BUTTON to make look more clean line)

    • Drag button from insert tab to bottom of email
    • Type link into right side on link blank
    • Double click button in email to change wording “Register now” for example
  • When satisfied with how email looks click green “Next” button on top right
  • Check Campaign summary to make sure everything looks correctly
  • Turn on read tracking & link tracking towards bottom of summary
  • If you would like to schedule email to send for a later date, slide that on and select time
  • You may also send a test email to yourself just it make sure it looks appropriate
  • Click “Send Now”on top right and you are done!
