Standard Routine Requirements:

  • 2 × 8 count opening
  • 3 separate stunt sections (minimum 4 skills, 2 must be elite)
  • 3 jumps: 1 on it’s own, 2 connected
  • minimum 4 × 8 count tumbling section
  • 4 level appropriate tumbling skills (2 running, 2 standing)
  • 2 pyramid structures with 4 level appropriate skills
  • 3 × 8 count dance
