General information:
Summer Camp opens at 6:50 a.m.
Children must be picked up by 6 p.m.
Half-Day Campers will opt for mornings (6 a.m. to 12 p.m. or afternoons 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.)
Names must be marked on all personal items. Quantum is NOT responsible for lost, broken or stolen items.
In an effort to better suit children during activities and playtime, we will be dividing campers into age groups. Sibling who would like to stay together would go with the younger of the two groups.

Camp Fees:
If paid in full, camp for a full-day camper is $1495. (Pay-in-full covers care from the last day of school until the first day of school.)
If paid week-to-week, a full-day camper is $25/day and Half Day is $15/ day
Discounts will not be given for missed signed up days.
A child does not have to attend everyday, however they must attend on a regular basis each week to ensure we are properly staffed.
You will need to send in a form each upcoming week with your attending days and lunch choices.
The days you select on this form will be used to properly staff for the following week, so please make sure it is accurate as possible
If your child is scheduled to attend on their lunch form, you will still be charged for the day regardless of whether or not they are in attendance.
A child may be dismissed from the program if payment is delinquent.
Make checks out to Quantum Athletics and put your child’s name in the memo.
Credit/debit card information will be kept on file and processed on Fridays for the following week unless paid in advance.
Parent/guardian is responsible for purchasing a Lockwood swimming pass or sending money on pool days
We will keep envelopes with each child’s name to keep pool money and snack money
Students will be allowed to purchase 1 snack per day unless a parent says otherwise
In the event Quantum pays pool admission fees for a child, those charges will be billed on the weekly statement.
Tuition will be invoiced weekly.
Automatic charges will occur on Friday afternoon prior to the start of the following week.
Example: If you are enrolled for the week of June 6-10, your weekly fee will be automatically charged to the card on file the morning of June 3.
Parents will be notified if the card on file is unable to be charged. In order to reserve the child’s spot for the following week, payment will need to be completed prior to the start of the week.
Payments must be up to date in order for a child to participate.
For payments made in full, cash, check or charge is accepted.
For weekly payments, cash or card on file is accepted. Cash must be paid by close of business on Thursday so your card is not automatically charged.
Because your child will hold a slot in a class, no refunds will be issued at any time. (Note: Credits will be given if Quantum must close for countywide shut downs as the result of COVID)
Refunds are not available for students who have paid for the summer in full.

For minor situations, parents will be notified at the end of the day. If the problem persists or additional assistance is needed, a parent will be called during the day.
